Set in a peaceful spot within six acres of land, this home offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys. With an outdoor pool for the summer and an indoor sauna for the winter, it’s a year-round destination. If you’re visiting in the colder months, Val Saint-Côme Ski Resort is a thirty-seven minute drive away. And in warmer weather, why not borrow your host’s kayaks for a paddle on the nearby lake? While older children are welcome here, the home isn’t suitable for little ones under the age of two. It’s also worth noting that a four-wheel drive is necessary to access the home, due to its mountainous location.

*The swimming pool is only available for use between June and October.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, a travel cot, and changing table for free. You'll need to request them in advance. Toddler cups, plates, and utensils are available on-site.
*There are ten steps leading up to the front door here.
*As this home is located in a mountainous region, a four-wheel drive is needed to access it, with winter tyres in the winter months. Free on-site parking is available. During a storm or thawing/freezing period, you may need to park your car at the bottom of the private road and walk 30m to the home.
*Parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 9am.
*The lead guest must be aged 30 or over.
*Visitors, tents, camper vans, fireworks, and firearms are strictly not allowed at this home.
