The Lively Tide

Just a short stroll from the shore and with plenty of resort amenities at hand, this coastal condo makes it easy to slip into holiday mode. The home has a bright, breezy feel throughout, with open living spaces that are perfect for gathering after a day by the water. There’s a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living-dining area for relaxing. We think it’s especially great for families, thanks to the custom bunk room and playful hidden nook. The fourth bedroom features a sofa bed, best suited to little ones. And when you’re not out on the balcony catching the sea breeze, you can make the most of the community pools, lakes, parks, and boardwalks nearby.

Home truths:
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the fourth bedroom. It's on the smaller side, so we think it would work well for two children.

*You'll have access to the resort gym, swimming pools, athletic courts, playgrounds, pier and fishing pavilions, on-site restaurants, and more here. They're shared with other guests.

*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.

*Construction work may be ongoing in the area from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and on occasional Sundays. Be prepared to experience some noise during your stay.

*Your host provides a two-day starter supply of essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, toiletries, and paper towels. There are stores a short drive away where you can top up on supplies.
