Ski-in/ski-out access via the Crown Way easement puts the slopes right outside the door of this Park City apartment, and the views from the ridgeline-facing living room mean the mountains follow you indoors too. Gather around the rooftop fire pit as snow-capped summits stretch out ahead, or wind down in the main suite beside your own fireplace after a hard day on the runs. When you're done with the mountain, Main Street's restaurants and bars are just minutes away.

* Ski-in/ski-out access here is via the Crown Way easement rather than a dedicated slope-side door – worth familiarising yourself with the route on arrival so you know exactly where to head each morning.
* A starter set of consumables – soap, paper products, kitchen and bath towels, dish and laundry detergent – is provided on arrival. Once those run out, restocking is on you, so if you're staying for more than a few days it's worth picking up supplies early in your trip.
* The community pool is seasonal, so it won't be available during a winter ski trip. If pool access matters to your group, check the open dates with your host before booking.
* There's one garage parking space on site. If you're arriving with more than one vehicle, you'll need to plan for additional parking nearby.
* You'll have access to the on-site hot tub and pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents
