Home truths:
* The home spans three floors, so you'll be using stairs regularly – the games room and second lounge are on the lowest floor, the main kitchen and living area are in the middle, and the bedrooms sit at the top.
* The third bedroom has two single beds lofted above the king, making it the most flexible room for a family or groups of children.
* A starter supply of consumables – soap, paper products, dish and laundry detergent, and similar essentials – is included on arrival. Once those run out, you'll need to pick up your own.
* On-site parking is provided in the two garage stalls, which comfortably cover two vehicles.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
