A single-level townhouse on the shores of Deer Valley Lake, this place earns its keep across every season. In winter, the slopes are a short walk or shuttle ride away, and the stone fireplace is waiting when you get back. Come summer, you're stepping out to paddleboard on the lake, walking to the lakeside cafe for a morning coffee, or heading to Main Street for dinner. The private hot tub on the patio, with mountain views stretching out ahead, is the kind of end-of-day ritual that's hard to give up.

* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* Your underground parking space is on the level below the home – you'll enter through the sliding glass door at the back of the unit rather than a front entrance. There's also a designated parking permit inside the home that must be displayed on your dashboard and returned before you leave.
* You're about 2 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and roughly 6 miles from Canyons Village – both are easily reachable by the free Park City transit, so a car isn't essential once you've arrived.
