The double living room en enfilade is a real centrepiece, with six street-facing windows and a grand gilded mirror anchoring the space. A fourth bedroom opens onto a private terrace with its own en-suite – ideal when two couples are sharing. Canal Saint-Martin is an eight-minute walk, Du Pain et des Idées is practically on the doorstep, and Place de la République – connecting five metro lines – is just five-minutes away.

* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair on request. You'll need to give at least forty-eight hours' notice before arrival.
* Paid parking is available on the premises, though navigating a car in this part of central Paris can be time-consuming. With five metro lines a five-minute walk away, we'd recommend leaving the car behind and using public transport to explore the city.
* Pets aren't permitted by default, but your host may consider them with prior written agreement secured at the time of booking – so reach out before you confirm if you're planning to bring an animal.
* As is common in France, the toilets are separate from the bathroom.
