*This home is only available to rent for at least 30 nights. Under local regulations, you can only book this home if you're in town for reasons like work or study.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Though there's enough bed space for six people here, there is only one full bathroom – so we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of four.
*There are no curtains in the living room. If you're sleeping here and hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
