* At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the sofa beds – there's one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
* The staircase connecting the three levels is steep, narrow, and winding – worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility issues or difficulty with stairs. However, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* Saint-Germain-des-Prés is one of Paris's most walkable neighbourhoods – the Métro is a few minutes on foot, and most major landmarks are within easy walking distance or a short ride away, so you won't need a car here.
