Tucked into the residential Auteuil district of the 16th arrondissement, this ground-floor apartment opens onto a tree-lined courtyard terrace – the kind of spot that makes a slow Parisian morning feel effortless. Inside, two separate bedrooms and a connected living and dining area give groups room to breathe, while air conditioning keeps things comfortable when the city heats up. If you feel like stretching your legs, the Trocadéro Gardens – with their elevated views over the Eiffel Tower – are twenty minutes on foot.

* Parking in the 16th arrondissement can be difficult and expensive on the street. We recommend using public transport where possible – the metro is a four-minute walk and connects you quickly to the rest of the city.
* The apartment is on the ground floor facing the road, so you may notice some street noise in the living room – particularly if you're a light sleeper or planning to use the sofa bed. The bedrooms at the rear tend to be quieter.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
