The lower-level annexe with its own entrance gives groups the breathing room to come and go independently, though you'll likely gather on the veranda for sunset dinner and drinks. Plus, Porto Cervo's centre and iconic Sardinian beaches are just a few minutes away by car.

* The villa sits on a steep hillside, and the access road is notably steep – you'll need a car to get here comfortably, as the location isn't walkable from Porto Cervo or the nearby beaches. There are two covered parking spaces included, along with additional dedicated guest parking on site.
* The lower floor – with its own independent entrance – works well for guests wanting privacy, but these rooms can feel damper given that they are on the lower-ground floor.
