A short stroll from the sugar-white sands of Inlet Beach, this house was built for large groups who want to feel at ease. Three wraparound porches give you front-row seats for the sunset, while the heated pool and covered outdoor dining area make it easy to spend entire days without going far. A six-seater golf cart and adult bikes are included for exploring 30A at your own pace, and an elevator between floors takes the effort out of settling in. Designer interiors, bunk rooms, and soaking tubs mean everyone – kids and grown-ups alike – has their own corner of comfort.

Home truths:
* The bikes are yours to use during your stay, but they must be locked whenever left unattended.
* Beach and pool towels aren't provided for outdoor use – you'll need to bring your own, as the bath towels and linens are not permitted to leave the home.
* The fifth bedroom has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
