A Gulf-view balcony catches the breeze above the neighbourhood, and six included bikes mean the scenic boardwalks and boutique streets are yours to explore at your own pace.

* You're south of 30A, right in the heart of Rosemary Beach – the beach, shops, and restaurants are all within a three-minute walk, so you'll rarely need the car once you've arrived.
* Your parking is limited to two vehicles in the private garage – if you're arriving as a larger group, plan your transport accordingly.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home can't be taken out.
* One of the bedrooms contains a queen over queen bunk bed.
* Between May and October, sea turtles nest on the beach here. You'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night, fill in any holes you dig in the sand, and remove all beach items before dusk – it's a local rule enforced county-wide, not just a request.
