Lagoon at Seacrest

French doors open straight onto a private patio with gate-side access to the community's lagoon pool – so the water is never more than a few steps away. Inside, light pours through the living room and the kitchen and dining space sits alongside it, making the whole villa feel built for a group that wants to eat, relax, and move around without getting in each other's way. The Seacrest Beach Cafe is poolside for those who'd rather let someone else cook, and the whitewashed streets of Alys Beach are a nine-minute walk along the 30A corridor.

Home truths:
* Parking passes are provided for two vehicles, with a possible third on request – so if your group is arriving in more than three cars, you'll need to make alternative arrangements. All vehicles must display a parking decal, which you pick up from guest services at the pool deck on arrival.
* The complimentary beach tram only runs between 1st March and 31st October, from 9:00am to 5:30pm (with a break at noon). Outside those hours or that season, you'll be walking to the beach access yourself.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* The fireplace is currently non-operational and should not be used or tampered with – so factor that in if you're planning a cosy evening in during cooler months.
