Gulf Light Sky

Perched at the top of a gated community above the Gulf, this apartment offers sweeping views from almost every room – the living space, the kitchen, and an expansive balcony where sunsets tend to linger. Soaring ceilings and hardwood floors give the interior a light, generous feel, well-suited to families or groups spreading out across four en-suite bedrooms. Scenic boardwalks lead through coastal dunes to private beach access, and two community pools sit within easy reach. The Big Chill's restaurants and shops are a short stroll away, with Rosemary Beach a fifteen-minute drive and Alys Beach about eleven minutes by car.

Home truths:
* Bedroom four has a king-size bed and two double beds – the doubles are bunk-style beds accessed via a ladder and might work best for children.
* Beach pool and beach towels are not provided, so you'll need to pack your own – bath towels and linens are not to be removed from the home.
* Parking here is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed – and a maximum of two vehicles are permitted through the community security gate. If you're travelling as a larger group with multiple cars, plan ahead and consider carpooling.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
