A short walk from the emerald waters and sugar-white sands of the 30A coastline, this house is made for groups who want comfort and easy access to the beach in equal measure. The private pool sits in a peaceful courtyard, ideal for warm Gulf Coast afternoons, while a covered porch handles alfresco evenings. Inside, natural light pours through expansive windows, with a gas-log fireplace anchoring the living room on colder evenings. Four bikes are provided to explore the neighbourhood, too.

* The fourth bedroom is in the loft and is intended for children. It has two double beds, two single beds, and two pull-out single trundles.
* The garage is not available for your use during your stay,
* The home may share a courtyard or lot with a carriage house that's owner-occupied or rented to a separate group of guests – so you may have neighbours closer than you'd expect. Please get in touch for more information.
* Your host provides four adult bikes to get around the community with ease.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
