Tucked into the coastal woodland of a gated community on Scenic 30A, this cottage trades the bustle of the beach strip for something quieter – pine canopy, neighbourhood trails, and a screened front porch where the Gulf breeze does its work. Sugar-white sand is 500 yards away, and the included bikes and four-seater golf cart open up Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and the broader 30A coastline without the need for a car. Two community pools and miles of boardwalks round out a stay that's easy to fill however you like.

Home truths:
* At full capacity, two guests will sleep on pull-out trundle beds in the third bedroom. We think these are best for children.
* You'll have access to the two community pools, scenic boardwalks, and miles of nearby walking and biking trails. These are shared with other members of the beach community. You won't have access to the member's only beach club.
* The fireplace in the living room is decorative – it's not available for you to use during your stay.
* Bath towels and bed linens are provided, but you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
* Three complimentary adult bikes and a four-seater golf cart are provided to make exploring the area a breeze.
* One designated parking space is provided, with a second available on a first-come, first-served basis.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
