Boardwalk to the Emerald

Tucked inside a gated community on Scenic 30A, this coastal cottage is built for easy beach living. A four-passenger golf cart comes with the stay, making it simple to explore the 250-acre estate, and the private deeded beach access is just 500 yards away via a community boardwalk – with chairs and an umbrella included from 1st March to 31st October. Evenings are best spent on the alfresco dining terrace after a session at the pellet grill, or unwinding by the fireplace inside. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are both nearby along 30A.

Home truths:
* You'll have two designated parking spaces here, and only two vehicles are permitted through the community security gate – additional cars won't be allowed past, even briefly for drop-offs. If you're travelling in a larger group with multiple vehicles, plan your logistics before arrival.
* The golf cart is great for getting around the community, but it's not street-legal and can only be used inside the community gates. Outside vendors cannot bring in rental carts, so the included cart is your only option for getting around that way.
* Bath towels and linens must stay in the home, so you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
