*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances. Outdoor music is not allowed, and indoor music must be kept at a volume that cannot be heard outside.
*We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the drains can be slow, and there's the odd squeaky door.
