That coffee is best taken on the small rooftop terrace, a private perch above the lake that works just as well for alfresco coffees as it does for cocktails. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable through the heat of summer, and with a narrow pebble beach practically on the doorstep, relaxing comes easy. Further afield, Bardolino and Lazise are around a thirty-minute drive away, perfect for day trips.

* Set on the main road running along the lake, you can expect some traffic noise, especially during the summer season.
* The layout spans two levels connected by an internal staircase – the first floor holds the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom, while the second bedroom sits up on the mezzanine. You'll be using the stairs a fair amount during your stay.
* The nearest town centre is around 5 kilometres away, and larger supermarkets are even further, so we recommend having a car if you plan to stock up on groceries or explore beyond the immediate lakeside.
