* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a high chair and cot. Request these in advance to make sure everything is ready on arrival.
* You'll need a car to make the most of your stay here – there's no public transport nearby, and the nearest town, Haverfordwest, is around 6 miles away for shops and restaurants.
* The driveway leading to the home is shared with neighbours. If the adjoining loft isn't included in your booking, its occupants will also share the driveway and parking area with you.
* Some areas of the wider grounds are currently out of bounds as they have become unsafe – the enclosed garden terrace and immediate outdoor spaces remain fully available for your use.
