The loft king suite sits tucked away upstairs with its own en-suite and private balcony, while a bunk bed arrangement downstairs makes it flexible for families. Beyond the apartment, resort-style cabanas, fire pits, and a pool sit within the building's grounds. Bridgestone Arena is eleven-minutes on foot, and the rooftop bars of SoBro are an eleven-minute drive away.

Home truths:
* Freight trains run directly behind the building and can be heard during your stay. The windows are triple-glazed to help reduce noise, and sound machines and earplugs are provided.
* The building sits on the same block as a local rescue mission, so you'll notice typical city foot traffic and activity from people accessing nearby services. The surrounding area is lively and mixed-use rather than a quiet residential setting.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot and baby gate on request – just message in advance to make sure it's ready for your arrival.
* Luggage storage with the concierge is available between 9:30am and 5:30pm only, and pick-up must happen before 5:30pm.
* One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with two single beds above a queen bed, sleeping up to four guests – we think it’s best suited to children.
* Your host can provide a parking permit for one vehicle.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
