* Freight trains run directly behind the building and can be heard during your stay. Triple-glazed windows help with noise reduction, and sound machines and earplugs are provided.
* The building sits on the same block as a local rescue mission, so you'll notice some city foot traffic and activity from people accessing nearby services.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a pack-n-play on request – just request it in advance to make sure it's set up for your arrival.
* Complimentary luggage storage is available with the concierge in the lobby, though the service runs from 9:30am to 5:30pm only – you'll need to collect your bags before the desk closes.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym and shared swimming pool here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
