Housekeeping is provided and your host can help arrange a private chef to bring ease to your stay. And when it comes to adventures further afield, it's a short drive to the village of Fabbrica, while Volterra and Florence are close enough for day trips.

*Please note the first floor is only accessible from the exterior or from the ground floor twin bedroom.

*A cleaning service is provided for six hours per week. It's worth noting the on-site staff live in a separate section of the estate.
*The swimming pool is open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you with prior approval from the host.
*Events and parties are not allowed without written permission from the host.
