Few houses put you this close to the Atlantic – step onto the cedar-clad deck and the ocean is right there, waves breaking just beyond the rail. Inside, a live-edge dining table frames an uninterrupted ocean panorama, while the fire pit terrace draws the evening crowd outside as the light fades. Direct beach access means the water is never more than a few steps away, and a hot tub on site gives you somewhere to decompress once you're back.

* The fire pit terrace and timber deck sit directly over the water, so the sound of waves will be with you day and night – atmospheric for most guests, but worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper.
* If you're travelling with little ones, the bunk bed room is a natural fit for kids and at full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the fourth bedroom.
* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*The private steps down to the beach are currently out of use. You'll need to use the neighbours.
