Located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, this home is perfectly positioned for exploring the Puglian countryside or visiting the beaches and coves of Monopoli. It has everything you need for a relaxing getaway and is located on the grounds of a lush park that’s exclusively yours to explore.

The home's archetypical Italian design, with romantic arched ceilings and tall windows, bathes it in natural light – a sense of calm can be felt throughout. Surrounded by olive groves and blooming flora, the privacy of the expansive gardens allows you to truly disconnect. After waking up in the cosy confines of your bed, why not swim a few laps in the pool or lay out and feel the sun's warmth on your skin? After cooking a home-cooked meal in the Italianate kitchen, join friends on the terrace for lunch and a tipple. If you're keen to explore a little, hop in the car and visit some of the region's sleepy hilltop villages or take a tour of a local winery.

*The home has two adjacent units – the main house and a separate annexe on the ground floor ideal for those with reduced mobility
*The swimming pool is only available for use between the last Saturday in April and the first Saturday in October
*One of the bedrooms has low ceilings with a maximum height of 190cm – another is accessed via a steep ten-step staircase
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request
*We suggest hiring a car here – there’s free on-site parking
*Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace
*The owners live on the property sometimes, about 400m from the house – they won't interfere with your stay or use the pool
