The real perk, however, is access to shared building facilities – you'll be free to spend the day by the pool, build up a sweat in the gym, complete some work in the conference areas, and shoot some pool in the games room. Beyond the building, you'll be on the doorstep of the vibrant Miami Design District, while the iconic Miami Beach is just a ten minute drive away.
