Two designer apartments sitting side by side on the same floor make this a rare find for groups – close enough to share a trip, separate enough to feel like your own retreat. The rooftop is the building's centrepiece, where a pool, hot tub, and sun deck look out over Wynwood, with a barbecue area and outdoor cinema nearby. Back downstairs, the graphic tiling in the bathroom and balcony views over the neighbourhood's murals add plenty of character. Wynwood Walls is a two-minute walk away, and the Wynwood Marketplace a five-minute stroll.

Home truths:
* These are two separate apartments, not a single connected home – you'll step out into the corridor each time you move between the one-bedroom and the studio. It's a great setup for groups who want to be close but have their own space, but bear in mind there's no internal connection between the two units.
* For building security, you'll need to share the name and a photo ID of everyone in your group at least twenty-four hours before you arrive – so make sure you have those details ready ahead of time.
* Parking here can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
* Your host can provide a cot for little ones.
* At full occupancy, four guests will sleep across two sofa beds in each living area.
