Elsewhere in the building you'll find a games lounge, a steam room, and a fully kitted gym for when you want to stay in rather than head out. The Brickell shopping district is right on your doorstep, and Brickell Key's waterfront promenade is a twenty-three-minute walk away.

Home truths:
* The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Be aware that the only bathroom here is an en-suite off the main bedroom – at full occupancy, privacy may be limited.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, hot tub, roof terrace and fitness centre here. They're shared with the building's other residents. Please note that the swimming pool is only available for use between dawn and dusk.
* Rooftop cabanas and bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so if either is important to your plans it's worth getting in early.
* Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 8am.
