And when you're ready to leave, fine-dining restaurants, cafes, and weekend organic markets are right on the doorstep, while South Beach's Art Deco shoreline is a fifteen-minute drive away.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. The only bathroom here is an en-suite off the main bedroom so privacy may be limited.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you.
* Your host can provide a cot little ones upon request.
* You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, gym, business centre, spa, and Jacuzzis here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* To access the pool and gym, you'll need to collect guest amenity passes from the ground floor before heading up.
* The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance. The building's pool is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the current construction period.
