When you want fresh air without the street, the side yard is a quiet spot for morning coffee or an alfresco evening. Air conditioning keeps Miami's heat at bay, and free street parking sits right outside. South Beach's Art Deco shoreline is a twenty-four-minute drive when the mood strikes, but Coconut Grove's own restaurants and shops give you plenty to work with closer to home.
