*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*The kitchen is lacking some basic crockery and cooking utensils, so it might not be the best choice if you're planning family meals in. That said, you've got the pick of Menaggio's restaurants nearby.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. It's also unheated and is sits mostly in shade, so the water might be a little chilly.
