Around 143 sqm of terraces spread across ancient olive-shaded grounds give the whole stay an unhurried, open-air quality. When you do venture inside, the sea fills every window in the living and dining space. A wood-fired pizza oven and dedicated pizzaiolo service round things out rather nicely.

* The nearest car park is around 850 metres from the villa, and access to the home is via a private pathway of approximately 140 metres that includes steps. If you're travelling with anyone who has limited mobility, this villa won't be the right fit.
* The villa sits in a secluded hillside location, so you'll need a car to reach shops, restaurants, and the bus stop – all around 850 metres away. The nearest beach is 7 km, and Sorrento is around 12 km.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. Ask in advance to make sure everything is ready on arrival.
* Air conditioning is only available in the living room and the two upper-floor bedrooms.
* While the fourth bedrom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* Daily cleaning is included, with linen and towels refreshed every three days. Luggage service is also provided for both your arrival and departure.
