* The front entrance is reached via a long flight of exterior steps – they are uneven in places, so this home isn't well suited to guests with limited mobility or anyone travelling with heavy luggage.
* Parking here is street only – there's no private driveway or on-site garage. Guests consistently report that street spots are plentiful right near the front gate, so it's rarely a hassle.
* The home is in a designated fire hazard zone, so open flames outside – including fire pits and barbecues used as bonfires – are not permitted. Smoking is also not allowed anywhere inside or outside of the house.
