*There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom – however, there is ample flat storage in the chest of drawers and hooks on the wall. There is also a large wardrobe in the 4th bedroom next door.

*The wood-burning stove in the sitting room is ornamental

*The hosts' gardener may come during your stay – however, you will be notified before their arrival

*The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
