* You'll need a car to get around – La Quinta is spread out and most restaurants, shops, and attractions require a drive. Ridesharing services do operate in the area, which is handy for festival and event days when you'd rather not drive.
* Street parking is available, but you'll need to take care not to block mailboxes or driveways. Work vehicles, oversized vehicles, and vehicles with logos are not permitted inside the community overnight.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* You'll have access to the on-site gym and pools here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
