Set on a family-friendly resort, you can't beat the location of this Orlando villa. It's just sixteen minutes from Disney, and is also well placed for attractions like Universal Studios and SeaWorld. It goes without saying that kids will love the two themed bedrooms and custom bunk beds. The private home cinema, arcades and game loft with karaoke add even more fun. Outside, there’s a screened pool, spillover spa and more games like foosball and giant Connect Four. Plus resort perks include a water park, sports courts and a gym. A car will come in handy, but it’s worth it for everything on offer here.

Home truths:
*There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway, with provided parking passes placed in the windshields.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, baby safety gates and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*You'll have access to the resort's clubhouse, water park, heated pool, volleyball and basketball courts, football fields, gym, teen centre and restaurant here. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom that's accessible from both rooms.
*Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
