The great room's fireplace and wraparound decks keep things grounded and social, while a top-floor lounge with a wet bar is made for winding down after a day on the mountain. Deer Valley's Jordanelle Express Gondola is a short drive away for ski days, and the reservoir itself is just one mile away for summer boating and hiking.

Home truths:
* You'll need a car here – Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Main Street, and the nearest grocery stores are all around 8 to 9 miles away. There's free parking for up to two cars in the garage and two cars on the driveway.
* The home spans multiple levels, so you'll be using the stairs regularly as you move between the great room, bedrooms, and the top-floor lounge. Worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
* A security camera is positioned at the front door – it monitors the exterior entrance only.
* There is a Peloton bike in the home, but it's not available for guest use.
