Sitting in the Ascent neighbourhood of Hideout, this mountain townhome is built around the kind of views that make mornings easy – hillside light pouring through expansive windows, a gas fireplace for cooler evenings, and a covered terrace with a fire pit when the Utah hills cool down after dark. The private hot tub in the backyard earns its place after a day on the slopes, and Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola is just a few miles away. Come summer, Jordanelle Reservoir is minutes out the door for swimming, boating, and paddleboarding.

* At full occupancy, two guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* You'll need a car to make the most of your stay here. There's driveway and garage parking available here.
* This home sits in one of the Jordanelle area's newest developments, so you may hear daytime construction activity in the neighbourhood. It's worth factoring that in if you're planning quiet mornings.
* Bedroom three has a double-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to four people, plus a pull-out single bed. We think this room is best suited to children.
* Your host provides a starter pack on arrival — paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, detergent, and basic condiments — to get you settled in. You'll need to pick up anything beyond those basics yourself.
* Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
