* Everything you need for the resort and reservoir is a drive away, so you'll want a car — or to coordinate your group's transport carefully. Driveway and garage parking are available at the home.
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* This home sits within one of Deer Valley East Village's newest developments, so you may hear daytime construction activity in the area during your visit.
* Your host provides a starter pack on arrival — paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, detergent, and basic condiments — to get you settled in. You'll need to pick up anything beyond those basics yourself.
* Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
