Head outside, and it’s all about making the most of the sunshine. Pick a lounger by the saltwater pool to work on your tan or tuck into a meal made with produce from the vegetable garden on the terrace. Hiring a car is a must if you want to explore – we recommend visiting the town of Montalcino, renowned for its Brunello wine, just a short drive away.
