If you’re in Manchester for work or play, this house makes life easy. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen for cosy nights in with a home-cooked meal. The dining table doubles up as a workspace, and the living area is great for winding down after a long day – just note that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. It’s not in the city centre, so you’ll need to hop on the tram at Cemetery Road (a five-minute walk), but once you’re on board, you can reach Piccadilly in under twenty minutes.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. Though there's enough bed space for eight people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of six.
