* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home cannot be taken outside except for laundering.
* The community infinity-edge pool is heated from 1st October through 1st April.
* During sea turtle nesting season – 1st May to 31st October – you'll be asked to keep your balcony and porch lights off at night and to close your blinds after dark, to protect hatchlings on the beach below.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
