* You'll need a car to reach most ski areas and Chamonix town, as the nearest resort is just over 2 kilometres away and the city centre is about a twenty-minute drive. Local buses and trains are a fifteen-minute walk away if you'd rather leave the car behind for day trips.
* As is common in France, the toilet is separate from one of the bathrooms.
