* The pool, hot tub, tennis courts, piers, and beaches are shared amenities rather than exclusively yours – they're open to other guests in the complex. The facilities are subject to availability and may be closed from April to May and from September to November.
* While there's no air conditioning here, your host can provide fans for the warmer months.
