*This home has access to a wooden boardwalk that leads directly to the sea – it's only in use during the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September.
*The owner of the villa lives on the premises and there's also a neighbouring restaurant here which is open in July and August.
*If you're planning to visit Palermo, you may be able to use the owner's private parking space in the city centre. Speak to your host if you'd like to arrange this.
*The villa is a ten-minute drive from Palermo airport, so expect to hear some aircraft noise during your stay.
