*The villa is spread across three floors with stairs only – the kitchen and main living areas are on the ground floor, the bedrooms are on the first floor, and the top-floor entertaining lounge and garden access are above that.

*The villa has two parking spaces – one within the grounds and one directly opposite. If you're bringing more than one car, that second space is across the road rather than on site.

*You're a thirty-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport via the A8, and about eight minutes from Cannes train station by car. Your host's concierge can arrange a transfer if you'd rather not self-drive.

*The fourth bedroom comprises a single bunk bed and a single sofa bed.
