* Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a 4-wheel drive vehicle for ease of getting around. Parking is available for two cars at the home.
* There is no air conditioning here – this is standard for homes in this part of Montana. Fans are available in the bedroom closets.
* Wi-fi is available, but speeds can vary depending on the weather and local usage in the area – worth keeping in mind if you plan to work remotely or stream regularly.
* During fire season, outdoor fires are not permitted in any of the fire pits.
* Bedrooms four and five have loft areas with two single beds each. The bunk bed in this home is a double over double.
