Beams Over Born

Centuries-old timber ceilings, exposed brick, and original beams give this El Born apartment a texture that takes a moment to absorb. The living and dining space is light-filled and calm, making it a welcome spot for meals or just catching up with work, and a private terrace catches the evening well – but you also have access to the building's roof terrace. Outside, the Santa Maria del Mar Basilica and the Palau de la Música Catalana are both close by, with Jaume I and Arc de Triomf metro stations making the rest of the city straightforward to reach.

Home truths:
* This host requires your check-in to be within 3-5 days from when the last booking ends. If you are unsure if your dates will work or need help finding alternatives, please contact our Matchmaking Team.
* You'll have access to the on-site rooftop terrace here, which is shared with the building's other residents. The rooftop may have set operating hours and won't necessarily be available year-round – it's worth checking with your host before you arrive if access is important to your trip.
* Your host operates several homes here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
* The private terrace is compact, so it's a spot for a morning coffee rather than alfresco dining for a group.
* Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
* This home can't be rented for business travel.
