* You'll have one dedicated parking space, with additional spaces available in the wider community. Almost everything in Rosemary Beach is walkable from the front door, so most guests find they only need the car for a grocery run.

* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the condo aren't permitted to be taken out.
