Gone Swimming

Sitting in the Watersound community near Rosemary Beach, this home puts the Gulf just steps away – with direct beach access and an outdoor shower ready for when you return sandy and sun-tired. A pool and patio terrace handle the evenings, and a six-seater golf cart plus four bikes mean 30A is easy to explore at your own pace. The Big Chill is within walking distance for when you don't feel like cooking, and Rosemary Beach's cobblestone streets and boutiques are a thirteen-minute drive – far enough to feel like a proper escape, close enough to dip into whenever you like.
